Husch La Ribera
Vineyards Mendocino Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Mendocino area of California, a region in the Northern California, North Coast (about 120 miles north of San Francisco) area. This was the 2nd bottle in a seven bottle series Cabernet Sauvignon wine tasting. Husch Vineyards is a Napa winery that produces a nice Mendocino cabernet.

Summary: I personally really liked this wine and generally it was one of the two favorites for the group. It was the oldest of the bunch, and I believe it was well liked b/c the Mendocino area is a warm sun, cool air coastal region that created a balanced cab that's easy to drink - you could drink this with a heavy cream sauce pasta and be fine.
I agree...very smooth on the finish with no chalk. My favorite for sure. Who is that TT guy giving out a 40? Does he prefer Boones?

I think I know who TT is, and he's a more mature wine drinker, I believe.
The 40 does seem like it's a typo though.
I wonder if 7 votes, if you should throw out the highest and the lowest ratings, then average the remaining 5. Just an idea.

It was a legitimate '40' Berry Love...he was a harsh 'curve' type of grader.
